Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I take pride in all of my pictures and provide the best quality - both in service and in productivity. I received a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Washington University. After graduating, I became a Travel Consultant for a major travel management company on the east coast. The last four years I spent in Virginia Beach, Virginia with my husband. During that time I finished my Master's degree in Human Services: Business Management (from Liberty University); we currently reside in Bellevue, Washington.
I am married to a US Naval Recruiter and for fun I love to travel, run half marathons and write creative stories. I have been taking photographs for years but after moving back to the West Coast, decided I would change my career to become a full-time photographer. I photograph: events, weddings, engagement photos, senior portraits, children's photography, infants and children with disabilities. I also love taking the classic shot for the family Christmas letter.
Photography to me is working with the individual(s) to create memories that are customized to represent a moment in time, sealed by the click of the camera. It is working with couples who are camera shy, telling jokes until they laugh and capturing that moment on film. It is getting to know the family before shooting, so that when you capture their moments, you know they're real. And, it is spending time with a bride and groom on the most important day of their lives, executing each moment with precision and creating memories that last a lifetime. It is sincere, real and emotional. Photography is not a job, it's an art of creative expression...it is my interpretation of your special story.
